Vice Chairman of East Surrey Conservative Association
Pat stood down as a District Councillor in 2019 after 12 years service. He has lived in the district for 15 years having returned from many years overseas.
Being ex Royal Navy and a previous Armed Forces Champion Pat is keen to ensure veterans are properly catered for in the area.
Pat believes passionately that the future of the Conservative party lies in its youth and to that end will be promoting the Young Conservative Group at every opportunity.
