Robin is married with two grown up children and has lived in Warlingham for the past 37 years. He is retired after a lengthy career in Retail Management and the Electricity Supply industry. He is keen to maintain the feel and ambiance of Warlingham as a pleasant and green village with a vibrant, clean, safe environment in which to live and work, together with a feeling of community.

Gill Black has lived in Bletchingley for over 30 years, coming from the North East, and is involved with different village organisations, she’s been a District Councillor for the past 14 years of which 9 were as Chairman of Planning and a year as Chairman of the Council. As well as Bletchingley she also represents Nutfield. She is married with 3 sons.

Lesley has lived in the area for over 30 years and has been involved with ESCA most of that time. Her roles have included: Chair of the Political Committee, Chair of ESCA from 2000-2003 and Vice Chair of South East Regional Conservatives. Since 2011, she has served as Tandridge District Cllr representing Dormansland and Felcourt and from 2017 as Surrey County Cllr for Lingfield Division.

Michael is the local District Councillor for Harestone, representing the area for many years. He worked professionally as an IT Project Director before retirement and helps in the community at Soper Hall. He also serves as Chairman of the Caterham Valley & Whyteleafe branch.

Geoff Duck has lived in and around Caterham since school days. As a District Cllr, planning has been consistently received attention; involved with the CCW NP preparation work as well as engaging with the planning system on wider matters across Tandridge. Getting to net zero carbon and improving the natural environment here is a current focus. Please let him know your concerns on these topics so that they can be represented.
Keith has lived in Warlingham with his wife Gillian for the past 14 years and has 3 grown-up children. Although a relative newcomer to Warlingham, Keith recognises what it has to offer as a village community and what makes it a great place to live.
Carole is a Woldingham 'returner' having grown up in the village during the 1970's. She is Vice Chair of the Woldingham Parish Council and passionate about preserving Woldingham’s green belt, sylvan character and village community.

Matthew Groves is a District Councillor since 2021, having previously served for eight years before standing for Parliament in Devon in 2010. While on Tandridge he was chairman of Housing and vice chairman of Planning. He served as chairman of the local Conservative Caterham Hill branch.
